Artist of the Month: Pablo Picasso & Cubism Join us in July as we explore the life, art, and imagination of one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Pablo Picasso. Known as a founder of the Cubist movement, Picasso changed the art world by breaking subjects into shapes, angles, and multiple viewpoints, creating a completely new way of seeing and making art. Throughout the month, participants will learn about Picasso’s life, artistic styles, and famous works while creating their own Cubist-inspired masterpieces. Enjoy a variety of hands-on projects including painting, mixed media, collage, sculpture, and self-portraits inspired by Picasso’s innovative techniques. Each class offers a unique project and an opportunity to experiment with color, shape, texture, and creative expression while learning about art history in a fun and engaging way. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, you’ll discover new ways to see the world through the eyes of Picasso.
